Sachin has over 20 years of global experience with strong expertise in the industrial and Oil & Gas space. He worked at General Electric Company in various roles, P&L’s and geographies, at Mustang Engineering, an EPC company as an engineering consultant and at an equipment company as a project manager. During this time, he has focused on various business facets - marketing, sales, operations & M&A in multiple industries. He has led global diverse teams, engaged in business transformation, turned around businesses and led integration teams for several acquisitions.
He has an MBA from University of Chicago with specialization in Marketing, Strategy and Finance, MS in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas and BE in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India
Shimona has over 20 years of global experience in FMCG, Technology and Healthcare space. She held leadership roles at GE Healthcare-IT, Hewlett Packard/Compaq Computers and overseas PR Firm doing assignments for Coca-Cola, Channel V and Braun. She is passionate about the healthcare space and ran her own recruitment firm that focused on placement of therapists in outpatient clinics. Her core expertise is in marketing, sales, HR and product management.
She has an MBA from IILM, New Delhi with specialization in Marketing Management and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India.

Anil Gupta - Senior Advisor
Anil is based in New Delhi and has ~40 years of diverse global, International & Indian leadership experience in P&L management. He has worked in various regions with global companies Honeywell, General Electric Company and ABB and Indian companies Reliance Infrastructure, NTPC. He has covered several industries – Power Generation, Energy, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, and Aerospace. His past roles include President and Country Head Honeywell India, President and Head of Infrastructure Reliance ADAG, Global Marketing Executive for General Electric Company.
Anil holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani and has a MBA from FMS, Delhi University, India.
